The Curriculum
The Certified Freefall Coaching Program is a 3 Month curriculum which is made up of 12 modules. You will upon completion have the confidence and ability to work with clients and build your own profitable coaching practice. There are higher levels of coach training available at both Master Coach level and Train The Trainer level, which you may consider as you become more experienced.
We believe that great coaching should look and feel very much the same regardless of the profession, or professional status, of the client. Why, because we choose to coach to the humanistic element, the holistic whole of who the person is being, rather than their position or status in the world.
Consequently, this program provides a rigorous grounding in the core ‘intuitive’ skills of coaching. We coach primarily to cause, not symptom, thereby achieving sustainable results.
The rigor of the program combined with the emphasis on sustainability prepares you the coach to work with clients from any level – from the proverbial shop floor to the board room.
Logistics
- 12 Weeks – 3 month intensive
- 4x 2 day in person Coach Training Clinics
- 10 Hours private coaching with Master Coach
- Weekly Teleclasses – 12 in total, 1 per week
- Supervised coaching support pre and post training
Recommended group size 10-12 trainee coaches. International group size will expand to 30-50 trainee coaches per program.
Trainee Coaches must be committed to learn coaching at a professional level. Graduates must complete all requirements and pass an exam to earn Level 1 – Certified Coach designation.
This is a high-intensity program. The ideal trainees are committed to their own personal and professional growth, have already been successful in their careers, and have the bandwidth to meet the requirements of the program.
The Delivery
The delivery of the Freefall Certified Coach Training Program is via a mix of in-person training in group format, tele-classes, individual supervisions, and private coaching. The entire program, from the first day of the first course to completion of the exam, takes as little as 3 months.
Teleclasses
12 x 1 hour teleclasses, are conducted by the Master Coach over the 12 week period. These teleclasses review and deepen the core practices presented in the program.
Pre-requisites
- Successfully completing the pre-enrolment form and interview
- Participation at all of the 4 x 2 Day Coaching Clinics
- Participation on all Teleclasses
- Walking the talk
- Police check compulsory for all new candidates
- Openness to being coached throughout the entire program

Level 2
Coach The Coach
The role of Coach the Coach is offering coaching support to certified coaches. Specific training to be a coach of coaches requires completion of Level 2 Certification and meeting certain requirement standards
Level 3
Train The Trainer
The role of Train The Trainer is training to the level of administering the 12 Week Level 1 – Freefall Certified Coach Training Program. To lead the training one must complete Level 3 Certification and meeting certain requirement standards
Level 4
Master Coach
Master Coach is our elite coaching program. The role of Master Coach is achieving the highest level of certification. Master Coaches are extraordinary individuals who have achieved exemplary results in their lives and who stand out in the coaching profession and in our program. To achieve this level of certification one must have led in Train the Trainer capacity for a minimum of 3 years, and met certain requirement standards to an exemplary level
